Tony Virginia was Superintendent of Grounds Maintenance for Walt Disney World during its earliest years and he is my 203rd pick to be named a Disney Legend. there is not much information about him, but he oversaw the team that prepared all the grounds for the Magic Kingdom and resorts that opened in 1971.
